En este post os mostramos una homologación de un Renault Clio RS preparado por Waldow Performance en Alemania. Preparación, bastante completa, que sirve de muestra para que podáis saber algunas de las reformas que es posible legalizar.
Este cliente quería homologar suspensión roscada KW, separadores, spoiler delantero, alerón trasero y latiguillos metálicos.
REQUISITOS
Una homologación puede ser muy diferente a otra si tenemos en cuenta que puede tratarse de vehículos diferentes y de componentes diferentes, por lo que la instalación de un simple spoiler puede ser posible en un caso y en otro no.
En el caso que os enseñamos, fue viable la legalización de todos los componentes, pero para algunos de ellos fue necesarias fotografias especificas que verificasen el cumplimiento de la normativa asociada.
Por ejemplo, y siguiendo con el caso del spoiler delantero, fueron necesarias fotografias de plomada para verificar que no sobresalía sobre la vertical del coche.
Además para la homologación fue necesaria la documentación TÜV de las piezas. Es necesario decir que, dependiendo del componentes puede ser necesaria o no, incluso, aunque en algunos casos, como por ejemplo para las suspensiones puede ser recomendable disponer de ella, pero no es imprescindible, ya que disponemos de una base de datos suficientemente amplia como para conocer las caraceterísticas técnicas de las suspensiones de una gran parte de fabricante.
PROCESO DE HOMOLOGACIÓN
El proceso de homologación seguido en este caso es el habitual en cualquier homologación.
Necesitamos lo siguiente:
- Imagenes del vehículo
- Fotografias de la documentación
- Detalle de los elementos instalados
- Fotografias especificas necesarias para algunos componentes
- Documentación TÜV disponible
Por supuesto, durante el proceso de homologación, el laboratorio puede pedir en cualquier momento alguna otra fotografia especifica, por lo que siempre es necesario la colaboración del cliente para poder agilizar la toma de estas fotografias y acortar en todo lo posible el tiempo de la homologación.
